Freight and shipping policy:
Prices do not include prepaid freight, federal, state or local taxes. We offer shipping to all 50 states by United States Postal Service. In-stock item orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days after payment confirmation. Out of stock items will be notified by email with estimated time of shipment.
Satisfaction Guaranteed Refund Policy:
Here at Flying Electron Inc. we stand behind all of the products that we manufacture. For items which display the satisfaction guaranteed banner, if for any reason you change your mind within 90 days of purchasing that product from the www.FlyingElectron.com online store, Flying Electron Inc. will gladly refund to you the full price paid for the product minus shipping and handling costs.
Please follow the procedure below for returns:
1. Email sales@flyingelectron.com with the following information
● Name
● Order Number
● Items you wish to return
● Reason for return (Used only to make our products better, so please be honest. Remember, we accept returns for any reason, including just wanting to try out the product!)
2. We will email you back with an RMA number and address to ship return products to.
3. Ship the return products back to us at the address given in the RMA email. (Customer pays for return shipping)
4. Once we receive your returned items we will refund the full price paid for the products minus shipping and handling costs.
Please note that the Satisfaction Guaranteed Refund Policy only applies to items purchased directly from Flying Electron Inc. through the www.FlyingElectron.com online store and not to products purchased through Flying Electron dealers. For returns on products purchased through Flying Electron dealers, please consult the specific dealer's return policy.
